2. How can I get the Theme Partner Plan?

To enjoy 6 months of free access to the Premium Plan, purchase any of our partner Shopify themes and install EcomRise. Then, go to the EcomRise dashboard and open the live chat to request the upgrade by messaging "Theme name + EcomRise."

We’ll need your theme purchase code to verify the purchase. Your purchase code is kept strictly confidential, adhering to all data security regulations. Note that each purchase code is eligible for only one upgrade.

3. What happens after the 6-month free period ends?

After the 6 months, your plan will automatically switch to the EcomRise Free plan. All existing extensions will still function on your live site, but you won’t be able to edit any extensions that are not available on the Free plan.

You have the option to upgrade to the EcomRise Premium plan to retain access to all features.

4. How will I know when my 6-month free plan ends?
